I am very disappointed with this Longway 3-burner gas stove. After installation, I found that one of the burners is not working properly. It does not ignite correctly and does not maintain a proper flame, which makes cooking very difficult.
On top of that, one of the control buttons/knobs is already broken. This is extremely frustrating because the product is brand new and should not have such defects.
The overall build quality does not feel reliable. I expected better quality control before shipping. Receiving a defective product right out of the box is unacceptable.
I request either a replacement or full refund at the earliest.

Hello,
I received the Longway Furn 2 Burner Glass Gas Stove on 3 Feb 2026.
Today, a very serious safety issue occurred. When I turned the knob ON, a strong flame came out directly from the knob area instead of only the burner. This is extremely dangerous and could have caused a major accident.
This clearly indicates a manufacturing defect or internal gas leakage. I request you to treat this as a high-priority safety issue.
